Promotions can also be added for low value ads like if you click a certain nos. of 0.0005 that can be a validation to give you the opportunity to enter a specific event or to win the daily lottery. It is better to increase some costs rather than losing all the opportunities to earn here on this site. I can only see it making the problem worse because you are creating more ads under 0.01 cent that a lot of people won't click. As a solution you could reduce the amount of ads an ad pack buys and to clear the backlog maybe require everyone to click on a small amount of 0.0005 ads everyday. The one thing increasing the price of an ad pack will do is reduce everyones ROI by a further 5% making it a less attractive opportunity.
