But again, we'll see what happens there! --- After we build the shareholder control panel; the next big transparency task will be to bring the programming queue on-site... And also, to build in a system where users can submit their own stuff to be built. Which when approved can be promoted to the programming queue... And an extension of that; will be allowing users to take credit for their ideas; eg submit detailed specs for a game or something. And earn a few % of its lifetime net revenues. And when we do that, I think i'll get the programmers to update users (or shareholders) pretty much directly --- i was thinking about forcing them to include an update / note everytime they "bill hours"... That way you'll always see what's going on... And also it makes our whole programming bills more transparent. And by the way, you only need 10k invested, instead of 20k. This will just open up the market for micro users again, which is a good thing. So I personally don't see any bad sides to this, other than a few users who have no idea panicking and selling their shares under the new(equivalent to current) price, because they'll think the price has dropped so much. But again, if any users do that we'll just take up the opportunity and buy them up cheap. I just think Jo should send out an email BEFORE doing this, letting everyone know this will be done. I am a dividend guy as opposed to day trader type of person that is buying and selling for a quick profit. I am a believer of dividend power since thats how long term investors make money ( by the use of DRIP or reinvesting dividend to buy more shares) Share splitting  will give more power for shareholders to sell shares (expect to see more under-cutting). For the sake of MTV dividends, I hope this will be the last time for the shares to split... Jo needs to focus on power of DIVIDEND before anything. It would be alot more attractive for people to buy shares at a higher price if they see that they get paid high dividend per share. I would love to see as much as 5 cents to 10 cents per share but that is a pipe dream. I bet you if we have never had 4 session of splits in the past, dividend would be close to .01 or even .1 cent by now....  but again maybe there is not enough cash flow to pay out dividends if they wish to cash out.. so Jo may not have a choice... It is way to early to split the shares. The previous sharesplit was when the price was $0,70. (the shares were split in 10-fold). So at least wait until the shares hit the price of $0,35 to split the shares in 5-fold again. With PV buying up shares, the price is going up fast enough at the moment. At the moment you and carlos are holding 15 million out of 38 million shares. Paidverts has around 3.5 million shares, bringing the total to nearly 19 million shares.. Then there's big investors like me, Mikemazzone, Brainy, Infomodel, breezy that really see potential in holding their shares. If we continue like this, PV can easily sweep up a load of shares on the market and we'll be able to hold our shares and put them at pretty much any prize we like in the future. We'll hold a monopoly on the shares. Splitting them x5 and letting the market increase in total number of shares might push the prize up but it will also require a lot more money to achieve such a luxury position. Did this scenario cross your mind before maybe? It might be better in the long run as all the names I just mentioned are BUYERS and WILL sweep the market clean inevitably . Then there was a 10-fold split because Jo said it was psychological difficult to get close to $1. Now the price is around 0.16 and you want to split again. The only difference the share split makes is that shares become more affordable and that micro users can start buying them as well.
