Ive been asking for days now and Mark just keeps telling me the same speech, to contact the offer walls. But if you look on the offer walls it tells you that they have credited your account, but you never get the points on PTCShare. I have contacted all the offer walls because I have points missing from all of them since the 17th!!! Personally all they did was closed my ticket without any word.  Ive asked on Facebook, Ive asked on MTV, Ive sent him a Support ticket, all Im getting is the run around. I got all my credits from WANNADS within 24h. I have problem with ADSCENDMEDIA. I don`t think they resolve issues based on deposits. So when I dont get that money as I should, and it clearly shows on the offer walls that they were completed. Then yes Im sorry I do feel like Im getting the run around.  When you see others having the same problem, and all anyone said is "contact offer walls" theres a problem. Verifiying and adding cash rewards for offer completion is an automated 3rd party system, handled by the offerwall providers. Most of the time, these system work flawlessly, and verifing offers typically within hours or a few days maximum, and money is added straight to your balance here at PTCshare. So note, that before worrying about anything, wait at least a few days after completing an offer, to chekck if money was added. If after 48 hours you see nothing, then do NOT submit a support ticket at PTCshare, but head over to the offers page, and click on the offer provider offerwall which you completed the offer from. Each of the offerwalls has a history/missing cents/support section, where you can check offerwall completion and crediting, and in case of such issues where you can also contact their support to have a look why an offerwall wasn't credited yet. Follow their instructions to the point, and in most cases this will allow you to get the reward credited properly. If you experience these issues a lot (mostly with surveys), the offerwalls suggest to try and record proof of completing their offers (i.e. a screenshot), so if it does come to such issues, you are more easiyl to prove it was compelted, and can speed up this process! I notice that it says after trying from PTCShare to view rather than PV (no I do not run both at once) "We detected a different Paidverts account. Would you like to update to this account?" "Update/Dismiss". If I Dismiss, and then go through the claim process (yes boys and girls you need to create an acount at hideout, not like the old days), what I earned goes to PV. If I update, and then gop through the claim process, they say credited on their nd, but it never makes it to my account on PTCShare (and yes I only have PV to select, there is no PTCShare). Personally, I truly feel that the programmers did not fully setup the offer system. Now, I don't know if PTCShare is getting the full amount or any amount of my un made it to my account earnings, but I do know that the only change is just changing to PTCShare.
