The Spanish office responsible for email credits refill hasn't sorted it out yet - and we're out of credits to send emails. I've just sent them another reminder, hopefully it will be sorted within a few hours max.

Credits were just filled. Emails should work normally again - note you might have to re-request the cashout if it was older.

Looking into this it seems it's related to an issue where our ad issues also are not working the past 2 days either. We are waiting on our system admin to resolve both of these issues - when they're solved we'll make an announcement on our sites to let you know they're sorted.

Emails should be sorted, but some of the other issues still persist - As they're all sorted we'll write a proper update/note that they were.

Apologies for the delays, but we don't have/Can't afford a full-time dev & programming team that can resolve these issues quickly, and it depends a lot on their availability.

@elblanco I just was that your most recent email at 10:36 today was properly sent to "manu*******no@ho*****.com"

Please make sure to check all your folders (Spam, junk, all inboxes, etc.). And when you find the email, make sure to mark it and the address as valid sender/not spam etc.

hi slosumo, I have tried several times on different days, but I have never received any confirmation E-Mail. My E-Mail works as I get daily new E-Mail and I have checked as well the junk inbox.

Then you'll have to try changing your email, as everything looks as if it was sent properly to you in our email client.

Will most likely resolve your issues, as otherwise I can't see any issue on our end - it seems to work for other users, I also tried on two accounts and received emails within a minute.
