However, I would like to suggest something that could prove to be easy to implement and effective to its use. We've all seen how the "mark as offensive" thing works in youtube comments. When one receives a bunch of negative reports it gets filtered. The visitor sees that this comment has received a lot of negative votes without having to read it, but also has the option to uncover it if he wants to. Something similar could work on those 125x125 banners, a simple report link beneath it (or a small X button in the top right corner etc.) could help users report offensive banners once they see them, so after a bunch of unique reports let's say 10 or 20+ within 24h could cause that filter to pop up above the banner, covering it and allow the user to remove it with a simple click on a "reveal" button or sth. This could prove to be much more effective than this mess or reports in the forum and thus save everyone's time of having to discuss over the same sensitive subject again and again. Remember that text is the main "food" for search engines when it comes to ranking and adult content discussions are not the ones we would want our targeted traffic to be for on PV and MTV, are they? Because some these links directly link to external reference or picture giving no insight or the advertiser or the campaign. However as you said it opens the external link  and you can't confirm if it really is or not. So what you need to do is simple. Wright the number of the link above and replace it on the XXXXXX (see link below). https://www.paidverts.com/campaign_stats_BA-XXXXXX.html So in this case you put 784810 in the link above (were the X's are).
