Such "Behead" punishments  can't be practical to an International site like PV, where ads feature is the main sources for revenue. TOS clearly say punishments for violations TOS - Advertisers as follows. 12. ADVERTISERS No refunds will be issued if your ad campaign is cancelled for promoting malicious or illegal content. And a discressionary fine of up to 10,000 Bonus Ad Points may be deducted from any offending purchases. Actually you are violating TOS by judging punishments to other members and asking for it at Forum.  It comes under "Defamation" and "Harassment" termed in TOS. You can post the link to offensive ads. You are NOT expected to make public names of advertisers that are NOT shown on Ads. It is interfering to the privacy of advertisers.  Members are NOT allowed to "defame" and "harass" other members.  Doing so members are liable to get punishments including Termination of membership. Public perception is everything to the future of this business. Workload The sexy ads you allow, will bring more of that kind of advertising, you will constantly have to monitor or remove ads that push the envelope. Adult filters (safe for work) A lot of people probably click ads from work, even if their is no adult filter this could cause problems in the workplace. Children Not knowing what kind of ad could come up, it would restrict access times. Religious beliefs Self explanatory. Think of the standards of low traffic value users, this business relies on the low groups, they are the hard workers that reduce the debt. Advertising Main stream businesses do not like being surrounded by butts & boobs, their image gets sullied. My gripe I cannot introduce my parents to PV, older generations are the ones with investment money, a they would be horrified seeing that "kiss my butt ad" ( that's what I feel that advertiser is saying to us). As he probably noticed that we are aware of this kind of banners and that we post details to catch users, look at what he did: he uses a proper banner BUT he promotes XXX site by putting the link among the 3 sentences we have to copy/paste. Good to know one of my  reports might have gotten read. Yeah MTV is a default ad I think when a site get taken down but Jo does not cancel the ad itself. Only reason I can think of that we would see ads for MTV on PV since everyone there is already a member of MTV.
