Great job... we will all keep our eyes on the abusers. I hope they feel the weight of the BAP penalty on their accounts.  As long as they keep up abusing PV, we will keep on deactivating their banners / campaigns while they help paying PV's debt. The regulation process of campaigns becomes so much easier and quicker as the SHCP opens up to 100K shareholders.
