You can just click that yellow link which says "Top 9 Bitcoin sites" and then you can join them. From those sites also you can collect satoshis and claim them to your Bitcoin Wallet. When you make a withdraw on Hitpxl, them remember to choose "faucet box" option and not "direct" option, because "direct" option involves higher withdrawal fees.
