Title: Last MTV contest lose was not paid in compensation of 5$+20% of wager There is no need to copy the content of the ticket because it is short, I am interested in the following: 1. I am interested in why I didn't get 5$+20% wager, because during the promotion I played in good will and even made several deposits, which I completely lost in the end. 2. Why was my question forwarded to the correct department? What is the exact department? "SupportTeam forwarded the ticket to the correct department. Please wait for a reply from our staff." 3. So how long should I wait for an answer? 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, or? 1 week passed and nothing. How hard is it to send $5 to a player and calculate 20% of the wager made during the promotion? I'm writing publicly in the forum because otherwise I don't see anything ever getting started! Again: why you have deleted all the wagering competitions of PV and MTV and started them from 0, all players are at 0. It's just 28th of May. It should happen at 31st! Why would we want to clear up any competitions delibarately? From what I can see, it seems that there's an issue with our redis again, probably everything's been cleared again, as there's some other similar issues I can spot (total plays on games on PBG/PPMG reset to 0 etc.) Will have to wait for confirmation from system admin if redis is back properly or not, and then see if we can recalculate all of them - I'm honestly not sure as it might be extremely complicated to do so. Could take a few days to figure out what happened and try to recover some things again. We'll hold off paying the wagering competitions until we have a better idea. Here's my story: PV: Please check my stats of BAP history at PV from 25th-28th, I saw that I made over ~500000000 BAP wager, that was huge, nobody ever made that much, and was the first in the table with prize of 50000 BAP (which is too small prize according to my wager history tbh), so please check it from 25th-28th. At 29th-31st I didn't play much just to see what you will reward, and of course you rewarded only 10000 BAP, my win from 29th-31st, but before 29th it was not paid!  MTV: Here's the same story, please check my Gameplay history, same story as with PV, I've got 29th-31st the second place reward of 25$, but then again 25$ of the 2nd place from 29th-31th I haven't got, was not calculated in anyways. As far as I can see, only 29th-31st rewards were paid! Most people play the games from begin of the wager competition, as the user "jyo" from MTV wager, he was 1st place from 25th-28th at MTV, how much was he paid?! Any player was playing your games in good will and like that you should pay the players. OK, as of my calculations of PV and MTV I should get the 25th-28th winnings as well, that's 50000 BAP from PV and 25$ from MTV. Hope you'll send the correct amount that time. Thanks, p.s.
