I am doing this as we all pretty much realise that unless this business is being restructured it won’t improve and I also believe that giving users the option to sell their FTQ investment is a good first step towards the right direction. I know Marc said in the past that he wants to payback users their investments and I don’t disagree. I do believe however that it won’t happen with earned income as the income this business has barely covers the costs. I also don’t think that investors should be paid profits if there are none. This is why I propose the creation of a debt swap for only the principle.  The active investment capital is $147k. This means that $147000/$0.0005 = 294000000 RP’s are required. I know that this will require the creation of new RP’s and will therefore deflate the value of the current RP’s by about 60%. The reason why I think this is a good plan however is the following: We have a highly profitable business (PPMG) that can pay users great dividends for their RP’s in the future. Whoever decides to hold onto their RP’s after the swap or wants to buy new ones can do so until a certain deadline. I would recommend that the rest of the business that only causes costs will be shutdown after this deadline. It would have to be evaluated if Paidverts and PTC-Share are actually profitable or only causing additional costs due to their server costs ,etc.  I would like to point out the benefits of this proposal: PPMG has earned $600000 since it was installed 7.5 years ago. At the current value of the business 250000000*$0.0005 = $250000 this would return investors their principal within about 3-4 years and pay pure profits afterwards (assuming that PPMG doesn’t get destroyed by regulations of some sort). I did ignore server costs and support staff here because i expect them to be relatively marginal.  Additionally I would like to say this: I believe most investors that are part of MTV are inactive. In order for this proposal to be practical it would require an investor to own a minimum amount of RP’s, for example 500k RP’s. Anyone that has less RP’s than this could sell those to investors that would like to own them before the deadline or will otherwise be eliminated after the shutdown of the website. Every member of the website should receive multiple emails informing them about this upcoming debt swap (if users want /vote for the debt swap) and have enough time to act accordingly.  After the swap the websites that cost more money than they earn should be taken down and replaced with a simple forum/blog were investors are informed. Those investors that have the required minimum RP amount will be put on a list and will be paid out their profits through BTC or PM.  I am not against continuing to run Paidverts or PTC-Share if they are at least a breakeven business. If they are not then I would discontinue them. We need to remember that most users on their don’t click ads to click ads. They click them to earn money. Paidverts’ website says that we have over 4M users registered but we only have about 16k active/day. That is honestly horrible. I wonder how much of the costs are caused by the database that stores irrelevant information about users that are inactive and year old (log) data about gambling history. When we look at the top earners we can see that they only earn $2-$3/day. Is it worth keeping this business for that?  Obviously this is just a proposal but I would like to start a discussion about this with the few investors that are still here and maybe start voting on this down the line if you guys would like to. If you have one ponzy element that has value and causes debp more and more, and convert it into another that causes same on lower way, what you did? Put water from one sink hole into another. I already explained how all problems could be solved, but let's be realistic, it is not what this project wants nor main earners, because system would then be sustainable and honest, what is not case right now when project is built around casino games. Besides internet earnings would finally be exposed same as main affiliate marketers who lie for years to their users, or do not care (with respect to those who do care and try to care, but do not know better). There has to be ONLY no ponzy project who runs on totally profitable ideas and only with part of daily results otherwise you aready made pomnzy that is not sustainable. Sad fact. Why pats of daily profits? You have taxes to guvernment + salary to employees. If you rebuild project and setup math right way, there is hope. Just please try refreshing that page later. I'm not sure if it's a super temporary issue, or its some sort of an attack or just some temporary DB slowness. @Hoppa Indeed there's something weird going on - I've had a quick look, and you RPs "were attempted to be bought", but the transfer never got approved (besides the first batch which was approved), and your Rps stuck in a limbo and not returned to you. I've got a feeling what happened, but won't describe it to give any idea to others to try it and cause more issues. It seems to be reversible, but I'm trying to get one of our old programmers to give their opinion on this, in case there's a built solution we could use to fix it already - so this might take a while to resolve properly from our end - it could easily take up to a week or even more, if it turns out to be more complicated. I just don't want to play with fixing this in a rush, without some more understanding of what's going on, if it's an attack, someone using a script, or potentially the BAP to cash feature on PV causing this. But so far it looks like it's just RPs being "rightfully" stuck in a limbo and not being approved, and it should be reversible for any such situations. Please have some patience as I get more info on this - I'll drop any updates as I get any clarity & progress on this.
