Just knowing who and with what language can help, helps me gauge what might be the best way to organize the translation process. I.e. There are tools that have integrated voted/approval of translations, but that'll likely be a too slow process, and messy in case we'll have to combine crowd and paid translations. So we'll most likely go for a google docs format, as that'll be easily accessible, allows us some control of who has access to it, and generally should be a clearer/faster way to get things translated.
