Hi Jo,

Last night I logged in last about 10 pm Australian time, and they were no ads issued for the day. Today morning after about 12 hours at 10 am I tried to login but I was unable to login. I was constantly getting incorrect password message. At first I thought I got hacked.
I finally managed to login successfully after close to 20 hours of my last login, and then I noticed 4 ads have been recycled
I missed out on
One $1 ad
Two $0.5 ad
1 $0.09 ad
I know you were having system issues after reading the MTV forum but I hope I will be compensated for the 4180 BAP that I missed out because your system was down for at least 8 hours, possibly more

the site was not longer than some hours offline.
I did clicked yet some last ads what almost did expire (had an half of hour to click 12 ads, not a really big deal).

I have lost 1400 bap too and I have recover this lost or not every time this website working bad I have suffer lost of money invest and bap

@Thuru Just because the site was offline for say 2 hours for you does not necessarily mean the site would be down for only 2 hours for me. I am not a computer geek and not sure how this all works, but I assume MTV has a server to deal with traffic from USA, a server to deal with traffic from Europe, a server to deal with traffic from Asia, etc.
What I am tryin to say is just because the site worked for you for the most part of the day, doesn't necessarily mean I wasn't having issues.

I am not making this up, and for me losing more than 4100 BAP is a big deal. Maybe 4100 BAP is loose change for you :p
