bank wire probably wont be availabe for some time.but you can easily buy bitcoins on bitstamp.net using bank wire. fee for exchange is only 0.5%. if you will be interested and need any help, you can ask here

theshadow as an extra layer of security you can lock any payment processor you do not use. Then no one can use that processor in your account until requested otherwise.If you have locked any of your payment processors and wish to use (unlock) them, you can send in a ticket to the support team and request for your chosen account to be unlocked.

@wpratik19You can't. The only way you can do it is by buying RPs with BTC Balance, selling those RPs for BAPs and if you are lucky and the RP/BAP price drops buy RPs again and sell them for cash at the same price you bought them or at a better price. You will have cash on MTV Balance and after that you can transfer it to OKPay Balance. Risky movement, but it's the only way.

Another way is to use an exchanger.And to reduce the fee only sell the RP you bought at 20-25% (rough guess) higher price. Eventually, CASH RP will grow AND BarterMyFunds will be avl for BTC to OkPay transfers.
