The deposit rate could have happened back at $100 or $1000 per BTC, no way FBG helps/hurts you that way. The withdraw rate is the rate at the moment Marc (FBG) does your cashout. So, esp if it rises briefly, he will try to capitalize on that. Which gives you less BTC than what you would have, and thus, when it drops back down, and you convert to cash, less cash. So, unless you wait for the BTC rate to rise again, you end up paying a "hidden" unknown fee. The volatility of BTC rate has good and bad connotations.
