I am pushing the programmers hard at the moment to address these speed and reliability issues. I understand how frustrating this is for us all.

The website has grown by 10% in a week (100k to 110k+ members now) ; and it was already struggling to keep up with the amount of users we had.... And looking at the last few hours; there has been 2500-3000+ users online constantly.

The programmers have got to step up to the plate. And quickly! We have the money to do whatever they need to do; but they must bill the necessary hours. And immediately.

Todays ad issue will happen a little later (3-4hours from now I think) ; I need to wait for the traffic to die down a bit first.

- There are some code optimizations that can be done.

- Moving out of MySQL for main ad view stuff.

- Re-write the crons to optimize those.

- We might need to rework our games; especially the BAP games, which are so outragiously popular; they're likely a large part of the lag the site is experiencing. CoinFlip game alone has had over 10million plays....
We might see if we can put those on their own server. And make it in such a way that they operate from an independent database that only needs to communicate with our main database at an absolute minimum (beginning and end of session perhaps).... This might also help with the account history rebuild a little later.

But we're working on it. We just need a bit of time to get it deployed, and obviously your patience up until that point.

And the share price is amusing...
The site grows 10% in a week; we issue our biggest dividend ever yesterday. And the price has hit a low of -50% from our $0.12 high.

Amazing volatility.

At the moment i am limited in cash, but i can withdraw elsewhere soon and then maybe buy shares, we shall see. Its now waiting anyway at begin of the month, earlier i cant withdraw.

To add to MTV's transparency; the average dividends have been $0.152 per 1000 shares for the past 5 weeks.

And Jo, this weeks dividends weren't the highest ever, that was actually June 30

I think it is a good idea to put the games on their own server
PV offers many options greedy in bandwidth relative other sites PTC/Revshares

so it is normal to have a differrente server architecture

So much that programmers realize this work, we going to suffer for several days I presume

I think PV and MTV have been giving a bad impression to new members
sites are slow and very annoying for new members
there are additional number of members but PV and MTV not yet ready for that

do not focus on quantity, but focus on quality

@zuzilo well they are trying to but they cant do anything about new members joining site, so quantity is not in hands of Jo or programmers, if traffic is high there is nothing they can do about it but try to upgrade-improve servers. . Also i am new to this site and it dosent really effects me as the open value and income of company gained my trust. Keep up good job Jo.

Got my 1st ad of today's issue, $30.

Edit: Seconds later, I got five $2 ads too.

2nd Edit: Also got a $1 ad, but clicking the $2 ads is slow, as expected with the extremely high traffic. At least I clicked the $30 before everyone flooded the server to get theirs.

@zuzilo- 90% of today's news is about speed issues. Trust me, the one who lost most of these downtimes is admin, so his is the one who is the most angry about this situation, and he wants the most to bring site up to speed.

I know most people don't care about news, things behind the scenes etc, but please, at least for a little while, bare in mind that in the January we had 5k registered users, now it's over 111k. So there is 10x more problems (like more tickets, huge traffic, dos/ddos attacks) but our staff is almost the same. They need to protect site, optimize current code, add new features, and we all want more killer products. I know it's not important for you, you will say "hire more people"... but trust me, sooner or later we'll get through this- as we always do.

Patience is key in adulthood, at some point my shares were worth about 800$, now it's about 40k$- with the same quantity. Some people sold their at extremely low price, they must regret it now. So don't lose your faith/attitude and you will be good.

Don't treat this post as personal attack, I don't like current picture too, but I am not complaining, I will just click my ads in 2-3 hours, when traffic is low.

Hello I'm in this group 96k to 180k …............... 0.09 …............... 702 …............... 429 …............... 1.6363636364 and use ad filter for received more 0.99$ and I earn only 1$ also I use and 0.05$ upgrade why only received 1$ but and why I have not received 1.63$ ?

@sashotehno Well your add filter is 0,99$ and u got few adds belowe it and that's why you earn alot less. I think you should lower ad filter as seting it on 0,99$ is very dumb.

Your Ad filter is too high for your BAP group ! Better to set it to $0.0099 what for you receive no ads lower than 1 cent$ and already get the $0.63 "missing" today....
Maybe for example 1 of $0.50, 1 of $0.10, 1 of $0.02 and 2 of $0.01 BUT NOTHING lower like$0.005 or $0.001.
My advice : change your add filter level !

Patience, i believe there is some delay with ad issue so no worry, we probably receive all but it takes some time. I agree with kamil333, this is not time to complain, admin with programmers try to do all keep this machine alive, is what it is but they try, for me that is most important.
Ps rest of my delay ad issue just shows right now.

I was thinking maybe it would be more efficient to put all the crons and other backend functions on its own server. Either way its all trial and error optimizing everything to be as fast as possible.

Its hard to avoid traffic congestion when there is no way to slow down or divert the traffic. Just think of road construction slowing down your commute it sucks... we are in that phase now. Eventually more lanes will be open and traffic will be flowing at full speed again. To be perfectly honest I think the server is handling the volume of traffic extremely well. Everyone is really underestimating the speed of growth and the complexity of these sites.
