eXtremeX Traffic Value: $296.99123 Serbia 3 like this post 2 people 09/02/2015 20:11 Well I'm not 1000% sure on this, but if both PV and MTV are hosted on the same server, then every whine on the forum simply makes server operate poorer than it could - meaning those ads can be clicked harder and slower.. Which just adds up on the already existing problem.. I'm NOT saying I enjoy this, but seriously, Catt already told us Jo is aware of this, do you really think jo will read every post in here and count manually who lost how much and that's the reason you write, to be sure you get it back? Simply copy/paste or even better - take a screenshot of your BAP log, save it on you desktop and wait.. Whining will accomplish nothing.. But for some of us TOMORROW will be to late . Some of us we are now in a lower group because of this problem. So tomorrow we will recieve ads from that lower group. In this case is our or pv fault? I think the answer is the second option. And again we lose something and is not our fault ... So next time when You all mods/admins cry about "crybabies users"...just think before do that...think at these EVERYDAY problems. A millionaire company can not afford to have such problems ... daily. They already know about it -> slosumo - Administrator We're aware of this and are looking into it. If we don't manage to implement a global fix to refund any BAP that was deducted twice we'll be able to do it manually via tickets. But please hold on for now and wait till tomorrow when we'll be able to give a proper update on the issue. slosumo - Administrator Yes - the ads that got double issues(same ad issue ID in your BAP log) - you'll be able to view only one of those and for the other one you'll get an error. So just view one and skip the other with the same ID. Those will be refunded.
