If the minimum price will be set to $0,01, it can't go lower than that. With current price of $0.0118 there is very small gap downward, but unlimited upward so for me it's more likely that the market balance will set up at a higher price than the current one. They may get it in a two, three days, after that we will see some change in price. But price will not fall under 0.015 after "reset". because there will b a panic factor. If price starts at 0.1. and continuous to fall to 0.025, some people will buy at 0.025, 0.022, 0.02,,, and this way momentum will be broken.
