You are referring to 'experimental fund' a project from the past that won't return normally. Referral commissions can be earned by referring users to PaidVerts or by referrings users that use our multiple advertising options. Basically, what you do to keep it simple is pay the top bulk ad buyer of the day a bonus. so if we use the promo number, the person who buys the most ads that day will get 3000 BAP per pack instead of the normal 2400 There is not a lot of risk and on low volume days like the weekend, where people may only buy a small amount of packs, someone may get the idea to jump in at the end of the day to get the bonus. So on the sign in page of PV you have a list of the top ten ad packs bought. Say the top one is $20. Someone come along and sees that. They can buy $21 and get the 3000 BAP bonus if there buy is the greatest. You can see how this might drive sales.
