Unfortunately clearing cookies and cache somehow was not enough. For restoring visual capcha in Chrome I had to use nuclear option: rename or delete "c:\Users\my_name\AppData\Local\Google". Unfortunately it means that we lose all logged sessions, passwords, bookmarks, history, all of that.

If you decide to use this option, please login first in another browser (for me Firefox and Opera both worked well).
