Thanks Beljalex. I was actually looking for that thread but the search result shows a long line of posts and it's difficult to find that specific thread. 

I guess it's time we have another category for this wherein that category won't allow anyone to create a new topic other than the ones listed on that category.

Totally agree with you yallit. I was surprised to see you here as you know how work forums. It would be really better to create a new category (Report banners/sites) than having so much topics.
