It says "Or if you're lucky, a single $10+ ad!" . Upgrade guarantees at least 1$ worth of recycled ads, for sure most of them are really small, because people don't want to click them. But for example what if some of our bigger "bapholder" forget to click ads? Of course they recycle, so if you are extremely lucky you can even receive 100$ recycled ad. In PV you can earn more than in any other PTC as a free member. The only thing is that is stated that we'll receive ads no lower than $0.005 wich didnt happened. It may take a while for the ads to arrive; but when they do; it can be worth your while. There are some big value ads that recycle from time to time. Not very often; as obviously most people will click the big money ads. But sometimes the big users are away; and their ad issues are up for grabs!
