And believe me, as we grow bigger in numbers this "communication thing" will pose a problem if Jo doesn't do something about it. Put yourself in some average unreferred newbie's shoes who just registered on PV 2 days ago, only means of communication he sees with the site is report button and when Jo occasionally sends mass e-mails regarding some problems with the site. that same person will learn about mtv, it's forum and news posts after 1 month of registration, sadly... and finally, you gotta realize that users are spoiled and want everything served, otherwise they won't bother! that's the reason why we get every other topic spammed with paypal pending cashouts or whatever and that's why I propose more better news awareness. don't get me wrong, but I still think full news of the day should be posted on home page or my account area or whatever first page is, instead of the link to the forum news, why? because users are too lazy and spoiled and want everything served. and because of that there is a higher chance they will send a ticket regarding some problem explained in news than actually click on the link leading to forum, and/or spam the support tickets. Facebook was once being operated by a single person, Zuckerberg, and today, who knows how many employers does he have but I know it's definitely not one anymore...
