With PayPal you buy ad packs on PV, you then get BAP,
they will get you paid ads on which you click, earnings from those clicks will go to PV Earnings Balance which you can easily transfer to MTV Earnings Balance and there you can do whatever you want with these earnings.

Until now I am very satisfied with Pverts, the money earned've been investing in stocks on MTV, which are very cheap.
From what I understand we will be able to buy ads in PV through paypal, for every dollar invested we will win 3500 BAP, which if properly used will be converted to $ 1.5. This money can be transferred to and used MTV as well wish, or alternatively withdrawn via PAYPAL.

And every dollar spent buying bulk ads, gives you 50 visits to your website, and 3100 BAP

Your earnings from paid ads, are like referral commission. You can cash it out anywhere.

OK Jo I am just worried that people start asking refund at Paypal if the Play a Game for example at MTV several times and lose their money.

You can't fund your paypal balance to play games specifically... you can only buy advertising. And we can prove to PayPal that we've delivered / are delivering what you purchased.

So we should be able to challenge fraudulent chargebacks. And if not; then we'll only lose a few dollars; as we only permit new users to deposit a maximum of $11/week. For that very reason.
