Todays news is underway... My main aim is to try and catch up with support tickets today. Everything else is pretty much ok; just generally waiting on programmers.

I've begun a more dynamic share trading strategy with PaidVerts... As there is at least one big investor that seems to be converting his shares to the FT250 plan, and cashing out a bit on the side. So until he's done (along with the regular under cutters and what not) ; that's going to dampen the share price for a while longer.

So in the mean time, and to take advantage of our current flat rate... PV is making big aggressive low bids. Then reselling at a new competive rate. It'll then skim the profit off the sales, for ad issues, and re-bid the principal over and over... With the intention of generating some fast revenues for PV ad issues; whilst we wait for the core share price to grow again.

As remember, PV and the share price are very interlinked at the moment. They both move each other. If the share price increases, PV will grow more quickly on the back of amazing results. And that'll increase the share price.... But when the share price drags its feet; it also has a knock on effect at PV... So i'm trying to get around that.

That interlinking problem isn't going to go away until we further diversify the portfolio, to add another substantial revenue stream to it. And that is obviously dependent upon programming / programmers to physically build the necessary systems.

However, there is a slight delay right now... As our programmers are presently battling to keep up with our current scaling / traffic issues. So that's consuming their time, rather than being able to develop new revenue making features / websites.

Furthermore, we need to wait on the programmers to solve these scaling issues before PV can really grow any further. As even with amazing results right now; a slow website will stop additional growth. So that's the primary focus right now; our hands our tied until the website has some capacity built into it to permit growth in the first place!

Programming wise;
- Daniel should begin billing full time from this week onwards I believe / hope!
- Paul is going to be out of action most of this week as he's on vacation
- And our third programmer now has his work environment setup; and is beginning tackling the smaller tasks under Paul & Daniels oversight. He's the one that's updated the Fast Track Queue, Games Index Page and some other little bits this week. Whilst Paul and Daniel have been working on the bigger and more complex issues.

I'll post the PV numbers for today shortly.

I hope that your programmers find a viable solution on time for managed the growth (servers upgrade / migration to 'Redis" ect ..)

after the addition of Nginx and udpate MySQL Database

the site was very good for about 8/10 days,but since 48 hours the slowdown return

I noticed that when have exceeded 2300/2400 members connected at the same time the site was beginning to slow down

Aww! I was trying exactly the same right now. Selling shares at a higher prize and put huge offers at lower prizes to gain a few 1000 shares per trade..

Too bad for me.

We've grown a lot in the last 10-14days or so. After the DDOS attacks we were stuck just under the 15k active daily users mark. Since then it's increased by 30-60% and now we're well over 20k active users daily.

I'm actually issuing ads to nearly 30,000 users daily, when you factor in the random issues to sub 1600 BAP active users. But not all are clicking obviously.

But that's a 100% increase in active users in the space of 2 weeks or so. This is why our code is struggling. Not to mention guests and bouncing traffic.

Support Ticket prioritization should be #1 on the programming list. Then at least members can select from a drop down of top categories. Everything is going fairly smoothly I think anyways. I believe that organizing to expedite high priority tickets is a must. Support issues would require much less time and manpower. So much easier if you have an automated system to cherry pick tickets that require immediate attention such as missing deposits or purchases. Keep it super simple on both admin and end user side. It saves so much time sometimes working smarter instead of harder lol.

No worries Poorkie, i'm not complaining. Just stating & reacting to the current situation. But I think a slightly more aggressive approach to the way PV trades shares will increase the price in a more accurate way.

As just continually pushing up the ceiling; gives the undercutters opportunity to make loads of money pretty much at PV's expense. And seeing as PV is the one buying all the shares; it should be the one profiting from the activity it's creating.

That's not to say others can't do the same... But just blindly reselling at 2.5x isn't the best way of doing it I don't think.

I've also sent Alex a message, asking how much money he'd like to get his full attention for 2months. It'll be real expensive if he has the time to give; but it'll be a major boost to our productivity if we can get him even temporarily.

Definitely help with our scaling issues. Freeing up Daniel and Paul to tackle the new builds.

Let's see what he says.

And i've added a task to the programming queue regarding grouping support tickets.

So it'll force you to select a category for your support ticket; then depending on the option selected, it'll give you a bit of information about that said area.... And the form will alter slightly, to request the information we require.

Then in the admin area itself; we'll group the tickets into their various areas; and that should help sort everything out more efficiently.... As just grouping all the missing PM deposits into one group will make life way easier. I only have to login to the account once; and can get them all done in one go.
