So for every 1 share you owned previously, you now own ten of the new ones: http://mytrafficvalue.com/shareholders.html Previosly: 3,800,000 shares received 19% of investment turnover ($0.00000005/dollar per share) Now: 38,000,000 shares receive 19% of investment turnover ($0.000000005/dollar per share) This has resulted in the shares on the marketplace becoming much more affordable. As basically each share you buy now, is 1/10th of an old one. So the price has reduced accordingly (1/10th of the previous $0.50 rate, is the new price: $0.05 -- or there abouts) We've done this to make the shares individually more affordable, especially to our PV users. And the smaller values involved, should help the price grow more quickly. As its far easier to "imagine" $0.05 share price turning into $0.10... As "5 cents" is a small difference... But turning $0.50 into $1.00 seems more of a challenge. As "50 cents" is more! ... Anyway, that's the theory! Let's see if it works -- I've done some random cashouts, and most of the support tickets. I'll keep working away at those later! And I'll do the share dividends for this week in an hour or so. The PV database is now over 14gigabytes in size. And the MySQL cpu usage is up to 700%. So we've got to find what query has creeped in to cause problems / slow things down; as they optimized everything just a few weeks ago... But that's a bit annoying; spending more programming time on scaling issues. Rather than new features, and admin functions. Looks like I'll be paying 300+ perfect money cashouts manually tomorrow - Luckily PM is fairly fast to do. So it should only take an hour or two. -- Anyway, PaidVerts has crossed 12,000 users actively earning within the last 48hours. So that's good. Share price is creeping up; up a solid 3cents since the swap. And PV seems to be selling shares real nicely, and also its FT250 investments have begun maturing. So this is good! Just need that to continue for a week or two; and PV will be on track for some solid growth. MTV Results are looking awesome; $1000-$1500 per day all week. MTV is honestly ripe for big investment. And if it comes; we'll be enourmous without a doubt, and everything will go from strength to strength... But hard to predict whether or not it'll materialize - as big money is hard to come by these days! Anyway, things are looking good... We've just got to keep battling on. Cashout issues will resolve themselves in the next 2weeks. If we can add credit cards & neteller to the mix... And then actually start building some new features, games, and MoneyMyGame. Issuing 250,000+ ads daily, and recording every detail of their movement, clicks, recycles, payments etc... for the last 2+ months is what's rocketing the database. And also the game plays! There's over 5million entries there; each with their own logs. PV is a big ass website! We're going to have to deal with an incredibly huge database. Luckily the likes of Google and Facebook have already figured all this stuff out. Just have to use the software and what not that was designed to facilitate their scaling. On NeoBux there is always at least 20k online  Hopefully everything can be compressed and archived as it gets older then a couple months. With a load balancing switch; distributing the traffic between the servers; which are in turn linked together and replicate their data in real time. Currently we have 1 web server, and 1 database server. I think the next point of expansion is to double up on that... Or perhaps, seeing as PV is database intensive, we can have 2 database servers replicated together. With 1 web server. We'll look into it as required. But for the moment, it's more of a software issue we need to sort out. If we can design the queries and database to require the minimum amount of processing; then our existing hardware should be more than enough. * But it's interesting how far computing has come along the last 10years. A site like PV would be basically impossible years ago; as you'd already be using hundreds of servers. At enourmous cost... But now, one relatively "normal" server; is really powerful. (Will show which queries are taking the longest, and how long they're taking.) Along with other performance & monitoring tools.
