In my opnion not really. All the people invested in the plans will be swapped and get 1/4 of his money back in shares and gets no bonus. So double fucked. Why people dont get a bonus based on his traffic value? So people investing in PV, shares and MTV plans all get a little bonus / compensation? Reduce the plans is a good thing but why not make it 125% and 150%? its more than enough and realistic. So people dont dream and think directly about ponzi, HYIP and scam.
