Remember when Bulk Ad purchase was disabled and a little message would pop up saying when they would get enabled again? Something like that would really help keep this forum from being flooded. Some PV users who are barely even aware of MTV rush here guided by this message, thinking this place is just a big dump for their problems and they will be personally catered to "within minutes".
