If that Guy is not working, we can expect things to continue as slow/stopped as they are. Rich says that it would take too long to get anyone else up to speed as it's that complicated. It's not as simple as we would think to kick start the crons. All I really know, is that this has GOT TO STOP. Enough is enough. The programmers aren't able to fix it. Or, if they do know, then they need to be paid upon completion a set amount, not per hour. They need to admit that and hire someone else. If it takes time to teach them the sites specific code sobeit. It's been weeks/months this is NOT GOOD for the site's health.
