But where does this money come from? We can't even pay our programmers, hosting and all those stuff right now, so I don't think paying the FTQ is a priority... I do agree however that we should pay FTQ before dividends, but that's still a while away I think. I understand managements thinking.. either pay everyone or no one but that means no movement at all. Also my "Traffic Value" should not replace my understanding of MTV -- as I read every news post. Other than Paidverts, you don't have many people here who haven't tried it. You might get a few refs but don't count on much. Its like advertising Coca Cola, everybody knows what it is and it practically sells itself. I'm not saying you shouldn't do it, I think you should because there are always new users who are new to PTC's in here and might not have signed up in Neobux yet, I'm just saying that you'd have bigger chances of advertising something that is good and people don't know it yet. I love being my own boss. It's hard work, but that is not so bad. Hard work has to be done as an employee also, but if we have talent, ideas and money, then why not be our own boss. Between I don't see English option on the site. Even though your target customers are in your country only, it's still a good idea to have a fully understandable English version of site. Just a suggestion, but maybe you have English version, which I missed. It is something i've been thinking about, but 99% of our customers is Dutch and since we don't have a webshop, another language has not that much priority. First we need the integration with our backoffice and after that we're going to fine-tune the site and then we will be really going online. A second language is a nice add-on that's for sure. Selling the RP you own, is ~3% for CASH and ~5% for BAP. AKA, at these prices 12/13 and $.003/$0.0031: 1 BAP difference will be a very small profit (about 1/3 how many RP you sell) hence 12/13etc 1 CASH difference is also a minuscule profit (I think $0.23 for every $100 aka 33,333RP) This is why no daytrading is really possible, as the market has squeezed it to the 1 difference, and that can take a few days to materialize into that little profit. Even a 3 point CASH difference is "only" $6.7 profit per 33,333 RP aka buying at $0.003 and selling at $0.0033. And that isn't even possible these "weeks". OFC, say you daytrade for 1 cash difference per week for 52 weeks, you've gained $12+, and thus that is 12% profit in a year. Compared to Bank Rates, that is a very solid return.
