Dividends... I'll wait for the FTQ to clear before I consider those a possibility, since the FTQ is meant to have a higher priority than dividends anyways. Plus doing both make both inadequate, so just finish the FTQ first. And that's exactly the problem. I see that Marc has voted on some comments so he is on the forum but still no news from him and it's already October 5th. I guess that is what is bothering people. Please stop the negativity on the forum, that's of no use and scares away other possible investors and makes this an awful place to read. Try to help by promoting if you can, and don't bash our staff. Yes, they have a life too, need money etc. Marc hasn't taken a wage in 10-11 months, so he explains that he just had to work a little for another company.  Oh, and Marc had problems with its voice, was ill (hehe, he's ill, il  ) and you could hear that. In short, he was talking about three topics: 1. Dividends, which can not be paid if there was no profit during the last month (understandable). 2. Forum with that interesting negativity which comes up from time to time, which works against the same users who are spreading negativity (and all the other users). 3. His personal efforts as CEO to make this business better, how to improve it and what it has to be done not to fail like 90% of online businesses does/did. Still, like I said in Croatian forum, although I expected that there will be no dividends, it would have been much better and professional to post an official statement that explains why there will be no dividends this month. I could see in your video that you were ill last few days, but you are not the only one who can release official statement. People were not complaining about dividends not being paid, but about lack of informations about it. Anyhow, I agree that this negativity in forum sometimes really looks surprising. I'm here for more than 2 years and I can clearly see that the worst period is behind us, you did tremendous job since you came as CEO, but newer users don't know what was happening before that time. If you look at these users who spread negativity, you'll notice that, almost without exception, they have traffic value lower than couple of hundreds dollars and they want from you to, for example, raise the price of RPs artificially or to return their 2$ they invested and lost. Yet, majority of silent users and middle/bigger investors believe in this model and you as a leader who will take us where we certainly belong. I think the current Spanish thread is the 2nd created one, which was created after that programming rule was removed. In addition, I believe there is one other Language Thread that was created after that rule was removed, so it would show up as well. However, we aren't seeing it now? If so, maybe noone is talking in it? For those of us who don't visit any of the Language threads, and even if we do, when they were allowed trto show up 50% of the spots would be a language thread. At that time, we also had over 20 active English threads per day. 20 spots just wasn't enough to please everyone who wanted to stay on top of things, even just multiple times a day. Now, the forum has very few really active threads, and thus, we could make room for a few more language threads. If you are so inclined, and mods allow, the very most active (esp numbers of different users) Language threads, could be given a NEW thread, that will stay active in the Past 20. 5-10 max. Monitor threads are currently at 5, and sometimes, esp the Top 6, feels like those are starting to clog it up. I wish we had a more advanced forum that allowed for us to select indidual sections of forums (monitor/language) and individual threads (Spanish/Keeping Up With The AdPacks) to select/deselect as to whether they'd show up in our Personal Last 20. In fact, the option to make that 40. 50, 100, 200 as well. We don't so we make do with what we've got, for the overall happiness of all users. That said, having active threads in The Top 20 is a sign of activity, If there are active Language Threads, then allowing them to be shown, even if more users don't participate in that thread, they won't see it so dead/negative. As a side note: Am I mistaken or is it just NEWS threads, that don't allow a NEW post after 7 days?
