I personally found it strange when legalisation offer was declined.  The explanation was only because offer required too much of a change of current structure. Meanwhile FTQ plans were taken out in the process and it's funds frozen for unknown amount of time. Also no mentioning on thoughts about bringing it again. The question is "What requirements were needed to fulfill the legalisation and which part of FBG was unacceptable to change?" The MTV Funding Page is one such long term project. It's long term benefits are much vaster than any short time thinkers have probably even contemplated. Just one example: Coin Flip. Pretend this was one of the Funding Projects. For argument's sake, let's say $10,000 (200 x $50 shares) was raised for it. By August 25th, 2014, Coin Flip had already generated over $5,000 in Revenues. Since I can't pin down the launch date, for this explanation, I am going to truncate everything to September 1st, 2014 and start there. To date, Coin Flip has generated (533,381 - 5,000 = 528,381). [And that's only due to Internal Game Play!] That's still an average of 21,135 per month over the last 25 months. That means Investors would have been repaid, plus 30%, within 30 days! It also means that MTV would have had 21K in Revenue (AVG) every month. That's ONE (1) Project... MTV Funding could easily start one funding project every month. I figure 2 might be great, 2 might be bombs and the other 8 might be average. Anyway you look at it though, the fact is that, on average, each one that works will consistently add Revenue (Mostly External, I hope) to the company, leading to the inevitable fact that Revenue WILL exceed expenses at some point and overflow, not only to Fund Investors, but also to the remaining FTQ Investors, and then into the hands of RP Holders. Where will you be when, not only has the Company realized profitability, but the FTQ is paid off and the RP Holders and BAP Holders are the only ones sharing the Company's Excessive Revenues? Stop thinking about what you might profit from today.
