Here is what happened... I scored a jackpot back on Nov. 25th on Playbitcoingame site. I was elated since I made a deposit of 1.5k and ended up with a total of 3.4k with a huge win of 2.4k ( I received five of a kind on a 4th hand with 3 dollars bet. (200*3)*4) (multi-strike Poker). I was so thrilled and was so ready to cash out. Not knowing that the bitcoin max withdrawal was 1k, I presumed that they wanted to investigate if I made a fair win, sent a support... no response... so a day later...  still no response... I decided to give it a try and do 1k three times... ( I did all this on my iphone). the first two came into my wallet one after another then the third one was stuck at limbo till now. I have left so many support tickets there and not one person responded... I am aghasted at the awful support that site has... It may not be anything but I found it embaressing that I am looked at like I am nobody after what I have done all these years. I even got bored of waiting for my money to cash out that I manage to lose some 350 dollars left I have in my balance) It felt like I am being intentionally set up to lose money by waiting it out as long as possible... Something needs to be done with those support set up with playbitcoin site. .
