That is the past. Andraz really showed up about 6 months b4 Marc and proved to all of us time and time again that eventually we will get to where we want to. It did take the staff having to overthrow the face of the company after even half a year under Andraz's 2nd hand man couldn't get him to do right for the company. That just shows that he tries to work with not against. When Marc came on board and posted his manifesto, I knew that this process was going to take awhile, and in the online world, that will seem too long. However, each step of the way, whether I still agree with how things were done, I can say that as a team they have proven more than worthy of our trust and loyalty. They still always have the long term in mind for all of us. In fact, at times, it seems more us than even them. I really wish that we could get to know the rest of the staff a bit more and I wish they'd be more gender inclusive. That said, while it is hard to notice everything they do, even in their reports, what all that is for, I do notice a lot of changes and I can understand enough that it's not just mumbo jumbo to justify their "long hours/pay". I also want to recognize the mods/social media managers. I know you are doing your thing and I do appreciate it. This crowd whether it be the loudest or quietest, we couldn't do this w/o you. It takes the whole crowd to get us through all the tough times. There is no way that w/o this crowd that the staff would even work part time with us, being short on salaries. Keep stocking up on those RP's, and keep reminding yourself you were here now to do so. We all believe in our dream and we are going to make it a reality. We still have a ways to go. However, in 2016 we layed a lot of really sound groundwork that will allow us to expand more easily/faster/frugal than before. TBH, 2017 while we will be pumping out more products, and maybe even some user submitted products (that just need funds/programmers), let's stay strong and know that while we will grow, if we explode let it be more of a surprise than a big failure if we still aren't there. I am still so excited for the future, even if it's a decade or more away, from me being able to retire. It was a beautiful year, looking at all the new projects we launched and all the ones we are developing for the coming year, I can only say that the future is promising. I believe that the next year will be as beautiful as 2016. The management and the crowd will work together to make the difference and put ourselves on the level of big technology companies.
