Revshares and PTCs do pretty well. Newer ones better that the old ones like clixsense and Neobux due to market saturation. I would suggest the 728 ads over the 125s since they seem to get better exposure and results even though they are a little more expensive. You also want to focus on the quality of the banner. Higher quality banners seem to do better here than at other sites. Animated is always a better click through rate than static everywhere I've tried it. Usually by at least 100% If you can, try to buy smaller blocks more often. If you want to buy 1 million banners, you might want to break it up into 5 of 200,000. The reason for this, especially with the 125s is because it will deliver more exposure to the same people. So the perception will be that there is more advertising of that same banner. This will get noticed by people when they see the banner more frequently. It will be a bit more expensive but you show up in people's minds more One thing I like to do, especially if a banner has not been shown here much is buy five or six small blocks and then one or two big ones. This will get the banner into people's awareness but then your ad campaign will linger for a long time. Those are two things that raise the ad's 'value' in people's eyes (people usually associate the value of a site relative to the expense paid on an ad campaign) and the most important thing is to listen to the marketplace. If you are not getting clicks, signups and commissions, the marketplace has spoken. Move on to a different promotion or, if you are seeing results at other sites, change how you are promoting. Sometimes people will join for the clicks. Sometimes they will join for the revenue earnings and sometimes they will join to build referrals.
