In a matrix system people do not upgrade after a certain level in fear of losing money so matrix should have an automatic upgrade feature this is very convenient as people can arrange one time investment and then they feel safe as they need not to time upgrade and loose money otherwise few leaders will make money and the remaining will loose and forget it

Further, yes, it should have low starting cost... meant to attract masses which is beneficial in the long term not just some elite for short term gains.

Yeah, I don't care how many bad apples are in the bunch, nor if it's actually statistically significantly true, signaling out the whole bunch as the same as the bad is a big no-no.

It's not that Marc has any bad intent, but still not a valid reason, even logically, much less respectfully.

And, I don't need to be part of the bunch of apples to speak up and care deeply for that bunch. We ALL are carbon based life.

Maybe that vacation is more needed than he even realizes.

Sometimes, even the Top 10% of PC minded folk, mess up, even on decently basic levels of PC. Thus, I am not judging him based on the statement

All that said, the Venezuelan economy is really hurting, and desperate times CAN create desperate measures, so it wouldn't surprise me that someone could get hired (after careful vetting) and then if they have enough access, run away with FBG funds &/or Hold Private Details for ransom/sell to big data. But, this isn't unique to the one country, even in prevalence. Thus, while more steps should be taken for trust not to be needed b/c access is basically as impossible as you and I, no point in signaling out the "more likely" to have bad apples in a particular bunch of apples.

From what I understand,

MyMatrix is designed so as long as you (or spillover) can refer 2 people, from then on you are in profit.

YES, you initially have to fork over that starting cost, but from then on, you only are able to use what others give to you (and only a portion of that - the rest is profit), to "upgrade" to the next lvl.

This IS a monthly thing, IIRC. So, you need to make sure that everyone below you sticks with it (and if all 64 and esp all of those 64's stick with it, there is no reason why anyone would stop), and if not, everyone should try and find people to fill slots (spillover).

I still think it would be much better if everyone who knows about ths from the start, joins under Marc and not a dozen or more separate teams, let the spillover fill everyone's slots and take that whole huge team to recruit for everyone to make sure it lasts as long as possible, b4 there just is noone out there who can find the startup fee (or 2 others who can.

On top of all that, I wonder what sort of math would it take (like 1% of everyone's profits), to pool together to pay the very bottom of the rung their entrance fee, and thus allow for not only more trust in the sytsem, so it lasts long, plus a "gurantee" of "no loss". Or, if there isn't a way to math wise to promise close to that, but still let us early adopters, some money, then at least try and minimalize the loss.

I think it would be better if most joined under one person and created spillover. Maybe at launch make it so the only way to sign up would be through the main site for the first 24 hours. Then after that people can do their own teams if they choose to. It would also be nice if the matrix were to automatically compress somehow as people stop paying each month. The only bad part about that is it would screw up how referrals following their sponsors after a while.

Embarrasing the company?

I think that is a bit dramatic.
As you can see i'm on the number 1 spot of Warclicks and I rarely get any bugs what so ever.
There are a few of course, but the game has increased a whole lot and with a game that recently launched and is still getting many, many updates, errors will ALWAYS occur.
I used to play Runescape, which is the biggest MMORPG in the world and got recently sold for $600m, that game had errors after every update.

People would complain for a bit of course, the developers would fix it afterwards and that would be it.
In Runescape we're even dealing with people who have paid memberships and take the game very, very seriously.
Many times people claim they will quit because of a certain bug but when you fix it in a day or 3 after an update then noone actually pulls that decision through.

Errors always show up and this will never change.
Many errors won't show until the game is put under pressure and it's at that moment the fixing starts.

But I guess we can take it as a compliment that you're so passionate about the game, those make up for the best long term players

Am I being disrespectful or am I being cautious?

I don't think i'm being disrespectful about Venezuelans at all.

If you knew in what state that country is, you would understand the things I mentioned.

Minimum salaries are at $11/month while $100/month is necessary to survive.
95% of people are struggling to even get any kind of nutrition in.
Their currency, the bolivar, depreciated by 800% compared to the US dollar in a matter of months.
Lots of looting and other criminality is going on, just to survive.
A basic breakfast, being just a bit of bread, eggs and some jus cost more than they earn in an entire day.

Agency and Domingox6 have been sending me all kinds of news articles lately and the situation there is really bad.

How am I supposed to trust the people that we're hiring when I don't know who they are other than a resume?
In the case of Agency I do trust him but that's because I've known and talked daily to him for over a year now.

All of the safety measures i'm putting in place make perfect sense, even if they would be from any other country in the world as currently support workers would be able to take your documents and sell them off to the highest bidder or slip their friends extra cash in their user balances after which they are the ones who approve the cash out so we would never notice, or at least not for a period of time.

This all really makes perfect sense.
We are dealing with your personal documents, which are of great importance and value to us.
We can't have any breach at such a high level of security.

Since I've been a CEO of this business I've had to step up the level of safety of things that i'm dealing with.
It's really not about who I trust or not as i'm not dealing with my money, but with your money.

I am not leaving my computer open in any case when I leave the room, other than when I am alone.
It really doesn't matter who I am with, how long I've known them for or how much I trust them, I can never allow any such risk when it's not my personal money and documents alone.

Errors are a normal part of the game i agree. But with all the errors i gotten in the last two days i hate to see what coming next. 7 times to do the defend quest cause the clock, system is not working right. finished it 5 times before it actual counted. BS not being added right. Pending contractors amounts not being shown right. Totally not complete a daily mission cause the system glitched and did not count 5 of my battles that would have put me over the limit but still counted the fuel i used on them battles and the TC I did between them battles. Should i keep going. Nah i think i stop.

As far as MyMatrix goes no matter how you dress it up it a pyramid IMO all matrixes are. SO dont take it personally when i dont agree that you can make a matrix that works. Nice to see you comment on a comment that got deleted by the way unless i missed seeing it when i came back.
Matrix all have the same common theme. we solved the problems with that all the others had. we will not stall. 3 months in they stall. OK we resetting the matrix which will get everyone cycling again. Been around seen alot of them. While you might be a great business man i want to see you be the guy makes a matrix that actual get past 5 months with out stalling or being reset.

As for your comment on Venezuela after you come back with this long post about why you feel that way they are not as hard hitting as some people took the first comment. But i think it could totally left out. Some time your to transparent for you own good. While we all in this together there something that only the CEO, and his personal team behind the scenes need to know about.

Maybe it would just been better to say while we working on getting this office set up there will only be one employee. Once it is set up we will hire two more. That way no one gets offended.

It was a pleasure to finally meet the Man behind the scenes and guys you don't have a clue of the effort he is doing for over 2 years... Most of you (me included xD) always have something bad to talk about all the sudden changes, new projects and so on, but all you gotta do is trust on Marc, do what he ask's us to do (advertise our products, spread the word, etc) and im for sure you will start to see the real progress and the real potencial of this business.
