i would like to see how do you rate for satisfaction of ticket?just make a survey please actively to rating your experience to the recent ticket support scale of 1-5 where, 1-Very Dissatisfied, 2-Dissatisfied, 3-average, 4-Good & 5-Excellent i know admin is getting more and more tickets pending for answer, at earlier i am satisfied to the efficiency of support ticket, but 3 days i am still waiting the reply instead of the automated answer, i think this is feel dissatisfied for customers and should be improve the support service

I think current ticket situation doesn't need any surveyswe are obviously in bad need for professional support team to answer members inquiries here in forum and support ticket system hope that will be in top of Jo priorities

we all know there are a problem with the time limit for receiving a response of support like currently Jo is alone to treat the tickets but from what I understand it goes reorganize support tickets so that 1-2 voluntary members help him to respond to tickets (members MisterGreen and domen97 are already volunteered to integrated support team) but it is true that the support is currently a black dot and if there are no reorganization that will get worse with the expansion of the membership base I hope that it will be put in place because a bad support this is a bad publicity for PV/MTV
