That doesn´t mean MTV is 'out of money' as people say, it just means that people are placing cashouts faster than money comes in some processors. You will notice that Payza, for example, is well in time. We are doing our best to catch up on the pending cashouts and everybody will be paid, we ask for patience of our users while we settle things. This is a moment when a lot of users lost faith and decided to cashout, thus the very high amount of requests and thus the delay. It WILL be caught up with, please be patient. Easy to check the specific processor in Portfolio or Check Each Day's Results under Cashier section, if there is anything of significance, then most likely cashouts, esp Neteller/Payza/PayPal as those only show cashout fees.
