As far as why he has $28.7K in balance, he has yet to make his move, he is maintiaing in 20mil BAP status, that he has had for over a month. I see he is slowly (very at the rates he'd need to get a XMAS bonus) buying RP though. He does sell them to maintain a nice buffer.
