To get the most security out of an Windows system you should use:
- latest system security updates
- latest updates of any software you use -> browser, plugins like Java and Flash.
- anti-virus software (also with latest updates at any time)
- maybe a firewall (if not included in av-sw)
- Sandboxie or something like that (should be "deleted/cleaned" from time to time)

Sandboxie restricts e.g. your browser, so it can't get to your personal data, if not needed. Google will tell you more

Can you tell me names of the software that you use to detect malware/keyloggers?

I am not a computer expert, but my anti-virus is Avast. I have an active Windows firewall.

I use SpyBot Search and Destroy, Spyware Terminator, and Super Anti-Spyware.
