For now i see 2 main problems in PV and those are:

1. missing deposits.
people wait for 3,4,5 even 7 days for missing deposits.
this should be done asap, some people even lost their patience, when they need to wait 5 days for missing deposit, heck even i will lose patience if i will need to wait so long

possible solution:
people who got missing deposit can post in this topic and admin can check it daily instead of getting 5 times bulk replay on hes missing deposit ticket, which is even more frustrating

2. increase PP limits.
alot of my refferals want increased limit for some of payment processors and alot of them change their mind when they need to wait to long for ticket response, not investing at all because of that.

solution:
they can post their ticket number or/and username here and that can be done daily.

Those two problems are very important and most frustrating if you need to wait for it for more days before admin solve it, so i made this topic and i hope it will help to some people.

@ malwina please edit your post and add ticket number so that admin will be able to close it, after he solve your problem.

Another problem, support tickets.

I have lost some BAP (38820) and I would like to get that back.
I created a support ticket 11 days ago, but it gets 'auto replied' every time. (fourth time now!).

I understand Jo has a lot on his mind, but if you promise to compensate the people with lost BAP, please do so.

Bopyer, I totally agree with you about this! These people are the 'complainers' or don't know that they have to reopen a bulk closed support ticket. Jo should handle these tickets asap, as otherwise it probably will damage the image of MTV/PV.

I think Adm. must say something about the loss of BAPS. 
For a long time here that I claim my losses in BAPS, tickeds sent and unanswered. I was never encouraged or responses by the Administration. 
It's unfortunate this kind of behavior.

the deposit pending are a real problem and makes a bad advertisement for PV is really  too bad sad
 
Jo should hired a trustworthy person for help  him with support

a good site must have a good support


I know that Jo working for MTV/ PVat  1000%  wink, but it is humanly impossible to administered the support of a site of +30,000 members alone
