The budget should not be taxed. It is additional promotion budget for us as a company. The total amount spend on adversing should put on one pile per program. Company share should go to general account (user paidverts, user portfolio, etc). New program's should have the a crowd funded opening campaign on release, the people who join in should get early access to the program (to register only). For external site's I would probably don't use this service, unless it would be campaign based, whiff a minimum campaign budget, a fixed timetable and results (CTR, views, etc) would be given after the campaign is finished (a fixed rate of 10% of the minimum budget would be a fair fee for running it). I have "liked it" but I can not say exactly how much I would be using it. My points: I would not add to the pool for promoting MTV sites or services as it is very expensive to get referrals and there is a very little chance of earning that back, it is all about luck, you can get a referral which will become big investor or gambler, or just a referral which pops in just sometimes. For MTV, and related services, referrals we need to create something else as a campaign for it to be more effective. ( There could be a lot members who will disagree with that...) This can be very and again, very effective, if MTV would released new product, then yes, it would be worth to add thousand to that pool, to give experts of MTV to promote it for you, as results would be amazing and this campaign would be super profitable at the end. Other way it could be worth for me, if MTV experts could take an separate orders, like if a good program opens, we could pay MTV to promote it for us fast (I mean fast, just because if it is a new program, by taking fast actions, its possible to get much bigger results from campaign), this could be very effective and profitable MTV service. For example how this could be done: MTV should have separate operators who would be given almost unlimited access to concepts of all MTV websites. Client fill form and orders advertising services, chose budged and campaign speed of delivery (basically how fast MTV have to spend all that budged on advertising clients program), client adds banners, ref links and so on. Then staff take all that details and throws them everywhere on all MTVs sites and places, like instead of mellow ads zones, separate zone text ads, a short popups for members, or even opens short campaign in monitoring forum section, even ads banners somewhere else like other PTCs where MTV could buy big amounts of ptc credits and just keep them in account or have fixed ads running already and just edit them for sometime with client campaign, drop in facebook few posts, post few posts in different non related with MTV forums. It would all depend on client budged and client wish on how fast and how heavy his campaign should be. But again, this would have to be new department hired or assigned and it really could be profitable for MTV as I am sure MTV has experts already. This idea could be expanded a lot. This is just my short idea and suggestion. If it works smoothly I'll surely  would be reinvesting a part of the profits coming from the commissions generated.
