It`s very nice to finally see ads...BUT I`m missing my ref ad issue for yesterday as then I was 15% group and due to receive over 1$ ...but today received for 100% group only.

Unfortunately nothing they can do about that...or ppl in different BAP groups each day.

Ref ad issue is probably the most ``changeable`` variable on a daily basis...so sending double issue like yesterday was all the same is simply not a solution.If I recall correctly, there were ONLY 6-7 users in my 15% group yesterday ... and were due to receive around 1.04$ ... so I don`t agree that nothing can be done about it... but it`s easier to just let it go...like many similar things.

OK, "nothing" was too strong.1. How do they know who were in each group? They don't. 2. Is their time more valuable than a few in the wrong group? HECK, YES. 3. As of yet, they don't have a way to target specific users...they can't say "jago gets this". Now, they could do a lot of work to see who is probably in the groups and then who should be in the groups, but that is all so automated they don't have any easy enough way to tell. And, yes, they could have sent Today's Ad Issue (all 3) and yesterdays (save ref) and then spent their day tracking down the correct ref issue, and then just giving you (and your upline) cash credit and removing bap. Bottomline, IF they are going to do anything it wasn't going to happen w/o speaking up. Send in a support ticket, be willing to wait weeks/months, and suggest that they just credit you the cash and remove the BAP idea. OFC, that still means that a couple users got cash/removed BAP when they shouldn't have. AND, while I agree that if it was simple enough, things should be done the right way, we aren't even talking $1 per user gain (after the repurchase of BAP), right? Can't you just lump it in with making bad/not as good RP/Crypto moves, and move on? |
