same problem can't login on Pv, it keeps saying gateway error 502 I'm guessing they are doing maintenance so calm down guys and take the day off and come back later.

you should also not worry about losing anything. Paidverts will always compensate us for that

jordyI was talking about the program in general. We`ve already dropped 30% in unique clickers count since the last down-time during the weekend.

jago,I feel those will bounce back, once we solve the issue "for good". The Active Users hasn't dropped much (most due to the weekend)....wish I could access sys stats to see if they already bounced back or not.

same here, I'm unable to access paidverts this morning. I hope the admins will take into consideration the fact that if a user isn't able to login to paidverts due to this site maintenance, no bap taxe and also the number of days they logged in to the site shouldn't be touched.

At least no BAP tax for those who acquire 100 BAP+ from AA/Reward Bonus, on a normal basis.They will do their best to keep the counter going for you all. I'm also sure they will try to do right by you all. BTW, according to BA's bought, it's most everyone/if not everyone since earlier this server day. Just like the previous day I mentioned, all but a few (4) found a spot to buy post a certain time (01:51) and then from 04:09 noone else) ~50+ were able to click the two newest (just b4 2am) ads during the 02:00 hour or so (or longer, don't have access to that log as it's on the PV website)

alright, I was able to login to paidverts and click my daily ads. didn't receive my 1% ads so far, but I guess it was halted during the maintenance window.

Just an FYI, new ads aren't getting instant ads sent out atm.So, probably a backlog of ads in the "cron". And, the site (I could click ads etc) was working when 1% ads were sent out, so if you didn't get them, they must be in the "cron" as well.

My summary today can see the ads with Bap, I did not receive the ads of 1%, I can not pay ads and Click Grid does not work we hope these problems are solved soon.

It's amazing. A huge site like this that when something goes wrong you can't just flip a switch to restart it or you'll blow something else up. It is like a population of people that needs to be managed back to health

We are looking into a solution to refund any failed/recycled ads users couldn't click on during these issues, as well as BAP tax refunds.It's not a small task and one that could mess up things more if done too quickly. Be assured we WILL find a way to recuperate any such losses do to site issues. Some might happen today, some in the following days - as soon as we have a proper solution ready and can run it will we will let you know of the exact details. Hmm, still no instant ads, but I do see some campaigns have a couple more hits being sent/delivered.Also, I just checked PV forum to see if Andraz sent the issue...and the newest post says 3rd Marc, but posted 5th aka Mon...did he forget to skip 2 days in the title? I really wish we could replicate Andraz, he is so overworked and so essential. ETA: Hi, Andraz, thanks for posting.

I'm on vacation skiing this week, Rok is taking over the ad issue. But do to the server issues he wasn't able to send anything out. We should be able to send it out today, of course together with any that weren't sent out due to the issues.

Update: based on latest info we might want to hold off with the ad issue until the refunds happen first. So if the refunds happen too late today we'll hold off with the ad issue until tomorrow. Any non-sent ad issue pools will be added to it either way.

@slosumo what is the technical explanation that together if they work well PV and others as in my case I can not buy campaign or receive 1% daily or the $ 3 of my referrals.
