If one insists on using paypal, then PV's the way to go. Buy BAP's with paypal, then use the PV earnings balance to invest in MTV. @matish, I would recommend using bank wire. It's cheapest and most reliable. Deposit from $250 and up. I would cash out amounts of a $1000 only because that's cheapest. It is easier and faster to deposit money from another e-wallet (STP f.e.) or by bank wire and invest directly into the 186% plan. Bottom line: you need money in your account to invest.
