My issue maynot mean for u but it means for me..if ur support system doesnt reply then whom and where we can contact..
And i am also a very old and bonaffied user of ur website...so plz dont say that i am a useless user..

Stop with those attacks on Anne, what is with my money too? 2 weeks later my purchased investment also not arrived into account. I dont say I didnt bough 10 $ with my 9 $, but why I can not access anymore into history, like at all? Why was not under pending like at all? Why should she stop to ask for her money? Its actually not little ammount of money.

And no, I am not happy how support works right now either. Difference is that I (with my experience on other systems) in such cases already deduct my money and state it as lost. Sadly but when someone does not reply 14 days, I know what that means. Hope her case will not end as mine.

Its not attack on anyone, but I started to ask myself what is wrong here, there is way too much such stories latelly. Such things start to raise some doubts. Trust should be reflected 2 ways, God knows I tried my way, I dont feel I got it back, so i will act based on that also, one sided.

Noone got attacked, the forum is simply not meant to be posting about your issues daily.
Like you are now posting in 4 different topics about your topic just to stir some things up.
If you would have kept an eye on the news topics as well, you would know we are improving our payment support and Andraz will be going through his tickets during this weekend again and will almost surely solve your issue, like always.

Well users can put preasure, even when we are wrong (as I was, but I suspected that and told you guys could be I am, and that notification does not work in my case under statistics well), there is still no reason to panic. Any of us could make red flags, but we didnt, at least not on rood way as people do on other systems, or in past. I have zero desire to make trolling because trust me I know what people did to me when they considered me as competition, and I would NEVER do such low things to anyone. Why? Because we have history in here, same as you do, only you are at the top, we are users, so normally I understand youre in preasure, trust me I worked on my idea 12 hours daily, often alone, so I know how it is for you, and you running over multimillion worth business in total, so its probably for you even much much worse.

Also didnt know only one person works on tickets + rest of problems, so I appologize for that. I suggest that you guys include that in daily news (like please have patience with us, we are short in that and that area), include that as note under each news..... If not problem, I mean its friendly advice. I was not pissed, I just didnt understand.

Anyway sorry for problems I caused, didnt want to sped up any things, just to understand where is a problem. And problem was in mine notification under history (that stated its still pending, and combining with my lazzy "ass" I created problem where was no problem at all). Sorry about that.
