Anti-Bot Defences I propose to make 1 of the 3 copy and paste lines of text an image. Which must be typed. However for that third line, we'll limit the characters to just letters + numbers. And keep the character count to a minimum. 2. User Approvals Process for new Ads To add a section to the Paid Ads section where users that have purchased $100+ worth of ads, can request "Approval Ads". Where they'll get paid $0.025 to approve/reject new ad campaigns. Ads will require 2 users to approve them before they enter general circulation. If either user rejects a campaign, it'll automatically be rejected, until the admin contacts support to make the necessary alterations. 3. An option to re-use old campaign data, in a new ad campaign. This will also circumvent the approvals process mentioned above. 4. An admin function for issuing ads; where I can issue ads to select groups of users according to how much BAP they have available... This should help guarantee that big investors; get at least one big value ad each day. 5. To impose a limit of 5 activation ads per day, per account. Just to keep that under control. Not presently an issue; but I think 5 per day is plenty for a completely free user ($0.25/day earning potential). Jo

hmm, Jo, about upgrade No. 5Why limiting ads to free users? wasn't the idea to expose ads to everyone as much and as fast as possible? after all, the advertisers are the ones who are paying for the traffic in the interest of getting as many visitors they paid for as fast as possible and this upgrade seems just to slow whole business down, illogical if you ask me, right? or, are you trying to say there is not enough ads for everyone? but even if that is true, it would be stupid to limit activation ads (looking from advertiser's position) because technically they are free ads if you think about it, they don't pay in $ but in potential/BAP PV shouldn't have limits to number of ads to clickers, but instead should be more rewarding to paid members than free members(e.g. paid members get more higher value paid ads unlike free members), if there are no advertisers then, no one gets ads to click, as simple as that no matter how many BAP they have hence I'm against limiting activation ads, people keep forgetting BAP is not real money but only a permission on numbers/value of ads you can earn from. BAP doesn't mean anything if there aren't any real advertisers spending real money on members to view their ads and earn via BAP.

A suggestion for later on...An option to block URLs from being advertised. I've noticed a few times that people are advertising MTV (problem, all PV members are instantly MTV members). I even saw an ad for PaidVerts today, lol.

i think also we should have some rules or policy what type of sites is allowed and show it to advertiser,i know admin must accept it before it shows but always better to show what type of ads is accepted i have also seen a porn PTC lol  outside of PaidVerts i may add...we should have a filter on advertisment so we can decide what type of ads we want to see that way all should be accepted if it's legal

Reg Point No:5.If the Activation ads are limited to 5 per day( Not sure, is it refers 18 hours or 24 hours?),the free members will not be able to even upgrade to ""recycler pro" which is meant for receiving some more ads that are recycled. Because, We need to have Minimum of 2500 BAP and $0.05 in our account.The members should wait for 5 days to get that 2500 BAP. Meanwhile their account will be issued the paid ads for the 2500 BAP...The BAP will be reduced according to the number of ads issued to them irrespective of their activity. I am not sure whether we have any other upgrade option or not because I am very new to this site. Limiting the earnings to 500 BAP is just like having 5 self sponsored ads and then clicking the other ads worth $0.25. In my opinion, leave it as it is...The active members should earn more as like in the sites like ayuwage ,logiptc, innocurrent... They never limit the earning of members in any way. Hope you will consider this ..

@udhaya, the other sites you mentioned do not offer compounding. Even with the limited activation ads here, a free user here will potentially-eventually be able to earn many many times more than than a lifetime of clicking all those other programs combined.

Exactly ^^ I've never seen any PTC offer more than 10 0.01$ a day(without upgrades), and if a free user has to work 10 days to get 1-2$ from activation BAP and then compound that is still much better than any other PTC.

Yea... I think 5 activation ads per day is plenty for a free user. That's up to $0.25 per day if they receive all the ads straight away.4 days and you've got the minimum cashout value. Or the minimum ad purchase value. Compared to Neobux giving you 1-4cents per day. Huge difference. And our model assumes everyone will cashout; not that 95% of accounts will go dormant and be abandoned (forfeiting their balance) before ever cashing out. And whilst we want to accomodate to free users, and give people a way to climb the lader from nothing. PaidVerts is about rewarding proven value. And that's the direction we're aiming to take this. It might take a few months to get going properly, as we wait for the first MTV re-investments to start maturing. But that's the goal! (ps. We'll do our best to smooth over the initial gap via either growth or supplements!)

One optimistic question Jo Lets say that in a few weeks PV will sell more than 1k$ worth of ads per day on average, meaning that it will have to invest more than 500$/day in Fast Track plan. Yet the limit for the FT plan is 500$/day . What will be done in such event? Will limit stay at 500$, or make it obsolete for PV only or create a new, bigger upgrade option? Or will the extra money simply stagnate in PV?

If PV starts doing more than $1k per day consistently - which it really should be seeing soon (especially once PayPal is up and running) ; then we'll just add another $2k to the development costs. And create a second PV account on MTV; and it can pay another $2000 upgrade fee. And then deposit up to $1k/day into the Fast Track Plan across its two accounts.That's not a problem. And that's a great use of the development funding; as we're returning it to MTV investors, via a cash-cow product that's guaranteed to perform (or it's already performing... so there's little risk and no waiting involved) |
