With this new set up we plan to add additional PTC elements and gain more traffic now that clixsense and Neobux have given up on the PTC side of things. We have decided to go for the changes we expect to have the biggest impact at first but will add smaller changes later on once we have stats to build further upon. In the next few days we will give a summary of the overall changes. -- We're also changing playbitcoingames from USD to bitcoin balances to have a guaranteed house edge, as bitcoin is too volatile to handle with USD balances, especially now that sending small amounts has become so expensive. This seems like a small change but is quite a hard change as all games are built with USD balances. We've come up with a simplified solution to get the change done quicker, which will change the betting amounts slightly, more about that later. -- These are the last 2 big changes to our current projects and after that we do not plan to build any new products for the foreseeable future. We have a lot of qualitative products, which can easily be turned into big cash cows, if marketed correctly. Currently our main 2 problems limiting our growth are: -Too small team for the amount of products to effectively market them consistently -Lack of marketing budget On top of that we have some smaller problems like Andraz and me having limited time to focus on marketing/controlling marketing teams. This has led to piling debts which we aren't able to pay off if we keep the current company structure. After discussing it with our programmers we have decided that we can no longer continue with them being full timers. -We have no bigger projects to work on -It's not beneficial to anyone to come up with "on the go"-tasks which do not add sufficient value and cost us a lot of time which can be spent elsewhere -We don't have a budget to pay everyone on time as of now -Our programmers will go back to working on an hourly basis, whenever we have projects and a budget. Meanwhile they will still update our code, act in situations of emergency and deal with bugs. -I will continue to work without a salary until we can afford it. -Carlos' office gets a 30% lower salary -Our slovenian office will limit their programming costs and focus more on marketing -David will keep his hours to a minimum to simply keep up the structure and slowly scale up as traffic increases -We have moved most of our support and design services to our brand new Venezuelan office which now has 9 employees which handle support, design and marketing -We have divided the moderating team in 4 groups to market 4 of our products -- This severely lowers our costs and should result in profits with which we can work through our piled up debt, after which we will be able to spend money on proper SEO and marketing of our most promising products. -- Sometimes you have to take a different approach to move forwards. Right now this makes most sense as we will never able to market properly and increase profits as long as we don't have a marketing budget which requires profits, making it a never ending cycle. We were hoping to get some more natural/free traffic from word of mouth, basic seo and free traffic lists/sources, but were unable to get sufficient income from it. PlayBitcoinGames is part of a very competitive market and PlayPerfectMoneyGames has almost no community/market, ppmg IS the market basically, followed by a few smaller competitors which are far behind us. For ppmg there isn't an easy method to realize growth. It's number 1 in SEO and traffic and there are very little Perfect Money Casino-related forums/lists. So we will need more advanced SEO and paid marketing to be able to have PlayBitcoinGames compete with others. MyMatrix requires some changes as well, perhaps we have to lower the fee as right now for some it's too expensive to buy in, for others it's enough to be satisfied to just fill up their first level. We are sure that this will take off a lot of pressure, allow us to pay off our pending debt and result in growth once we have had time to educate our marketing team, start paid marketing and hire people to perform advanced SEO-services. It is a project with a house edge and lots of potential. Walking away from competition doesn't fit my personality and I know it's not an impossible task to run a profitable bitcoin casino. If BAP debt can be consistently reduced, then the ad issues will gradually increase.  This will give people the motivation to climb the groups, if they see others earning a good return. Perhaps we could also consider increasing the number of groups, so that the next group up becomes more easily achievable for people.
