Guys I have received 7 ads and a few are from recycle upgrade,but I can't even click any of them.....and they all are worth 4+cents.Every time I tried to click them the timer is stuck on zero.I think i'm losing money because of this and they are all rotator ads if i'm not mistaken.ermm

@Revoltchka if this issue is not resolved in time for you to click these ads, the timer will be prolonged or something like that! we had similar issues before, and the management always solved it in a way that the users are not harmed in any way by it!

I think people should understand TooLazy.

He invested 108 into monitor and is waiting for more then a week already and nothing happen. Answer like send a support ticket and wait is kinda "inappropriate" even if there is no other answer. can all the moderators and everyone who wrote that imagine to be in skin of TooLazy - invest some money somewhere and waiting for more then a week for something to happen? Try to imagine you buy BA and need to wait a week for your purchase to be approved meanwhile others are getting AD issues and you have to wait, but wait you still can send a support ticket!

So why not simply shut down monitor or write that approval can take up to 2 weeks? If none have interest to work in that section?

i can agree with bozof about this 
a few pages back i already made a comment about my ticket and the support on BMF and also my problem is not solved. Its not a big issue but issues small or big shouldnt matter.
The support should respond within 48-72 hours and if they can not resolve the issue within that time and have to forward it to a different department then there shouldnt be more then another 72 hours waiting time.
If it still can not be solved within that time the support department should at least write to the custumor that the problem can not be resolved yet and in this case at least offer a  money back.

Waiting more then a week for getting a problem solved and mostly without contact is not professional and i think we have a serious issue here on MTV where we should focus on if we want to expand.

Please fix the support that at the end of 2017 we can all say that there is a 1000% improvement.

The lack of support service has been an ongoing problem for too long. I believe there is not enough staff to handle it due to money saving cost measures. In able for MTV to grow, having a fast professional support service is mandatory for the website to get superior rating. Almost all professional grading service put a huge emphasis on support services especially consumer and gambling sites . If MTV was to be graded today. It would receive a rating of "F" since they will see that someone who had to wait a week or more to get something approved is completely unacceptable.

Well, MTV is not a bad place at all. Only monitor and support are failing sometimes. To close or do something with monitor would probly not take so much time.. smile

What if somehow we made a Job-for-shares? I mean, same as there are some mods, I think many of the tickets are related to FAQ or other things many users might know. Why don't some of us work some hours a day responding the tickets we could and sending others to "real support" or classifying them for RP's or stake in projects? You could work from home, do something that might intertain you, get money (assets) and help community

I do understand this is annoying as well guys, really. But you have to understand we can't tolerate people using words inappropriate in a business context on our forum, nor people spamming the same issue over and over again.

MTV has a reliable support for normal issues. For example, I contacted them once the past months and I got a quick reply. The problem is with special tickets that require input from other people, not the support staff.

If the support staff can't solve something, it gets forwarded to programmers/management. Problem is that they can't always follow with answering since they got a lot of work besides answering things. It's annoying for everyone wink

I feel you bro.
I too invested $100 in the Monitor Listing for a program I have good faith in.
It hurts seeing nothing is done with our money and yes we are losing potential earnings from it.
The Monitor is one big mess at this moment and at times I really regret investing in it.
I invested on dec 13 and I have a ticket pending since dec 28 . I even wrote directly to Marc about it, and I even volunteered to do the work myself.

Marc is well aware of the problem and I´m sure he will come up with a solution.
I have good faith he will set things right, either fixing the Monitor or shutting it down and returning our money.
However, until then, there´s nothing more we can do.
So please remain calm and have some (more) patience.

Look, i've explained this a few times before..
The monitor is very complex.
The admin-side of the code is terrible, it's just very hard to work with.
There's a guy working there, but he isn't doing the best job and it's a lot of work for which we can't really offer him a pay that makes it worth his time full time as the product itself is simply not profitable enough for us to do so (At least in terms of direct profit, we understand and notice it brings people to our forum/platform).

On top of that it means you're handling mtv funds so we can't just put anyone there as it's based on trust.
If the code was fine and it didn't take someone handling funds it would be better imo.

Slosumo and I discussed to remove the investment option.. We hardly get any profitable programs on the monitor which make it worth the time of the guy running it to actually keep up with the list of growing programs with an investment.

For example, we got $1000 to invest in FortAdPays a while ago, we did as was asked and just a week later they froze all old balances and made it impossible to cash out..
That was a waste of cash, but now months later our guy is still running the program hoping that they decide to release the old balances as well...

Perhaps the monitor does work better without the investments on our part, who knows..

Regarding BMF..
I've hired 3 extra support workers.
They will slowly get going at the end of January/Start of February as Slosumo and I don't have the time to train them as of now as we're dealing with a lot of projects at a time.
Even a few that we didn't announce here yet or even told the moderators about, there's really a lot happening.

Those 3 support workers will make sure that all support tickets will be under 6 hours. (Unless they require processor-access or if they're coding-related)
Right now 99% of tickets are under 24 hours, but it's those with BMF for example that require payment processor access and take longer, especially during the weekends..

But soon things will be better, because we always take care of our problems, but we simply don't have the tools or money to deal with all of them at once, it almost always takes time of slosumo and me to fix them, while our time is scarce.. And now more than ever.

Give us a month or so and you'll see what the waiting is for, you'll love it, no doubt wink
