Although I like to play some specific 3D games I like much and I consider myself a passive gamer, I usually don't spend much time playing 2D games (even me being from the time where 2D games were the only games existing tongue, but I tried WarClicks and I enjoy it. I don't play it regularly but from time to time I spend some hours on it, when I'm on the mood to play a bit of 2D. My personal opinion is that it is a very good game setup, joining together the simplicity and addictive factors, which is something very hard to accomplish on a game these days.

WarClicks is, in my perspective, probably the best product MTV has as of now, because it is the one with the highest potential of reaching the largest number of people, specially the young public. And not only that, it is one of the most effective products MTV has on matters of what users give to it and expect in exchange (they just expect to play and they give traffic in return, and some even some money on upgrades, they don't expect to earn money from it). WarClicks is also a type of product that should be very easy to legalize (it is already legal, for what I know), because it's just a game, has no financial products or adult content involved.

This game has a lot of potential and it seems to be getting popular by the minute. With the continuous effort to make it reach more platforms, specially iOS, Android and Windows (Steam, Windows Store, etc), and the persistent effort you're giving to promote it, I'm sure it will make some rich companies put their eyes on it (game publishers, for example) sooner or later.

Currently, for developers looking for multi-platform game development, most people think of Unity, because seems to be the best one out there. But when people look at licensing and development complexity for 2D games, they start to consider Mono. Then, people realize Mono seems too low level and end up needing good 3rd party APIs to avoid having to develop their own engine on a limited budget, but each of these API's have their own drawbacks (like licencing).

If you find yourself in this situation and in case you don't know it yet, I suggest you take a look at Noesis GUI (or Noesis Engine). I just heard about it some weeks ago and it seems like the right alternative to Mono; it is known as a multi-platform game UI. Because WarClicks is basically a GUI, Noesis GUI may fit your needs. It uses C#/XAML for development and it is multi-platform. I 'm just not sure about the licensing in WarClicks case, but it seems very permissive.

Anyway, it would be excellent to have an MTV game conquering terrain on every platform! grin

Is there some way that members can advertise the PV app on other apps? This could be a really cool advertising option for members I think. If we had the option, we could set up a system where you watch a few ads on the PV app which will then create some PV ad displays on other apps. If people sign up, then you get them as your referral. Similar to a traffic exchange but for app traffic. I think the easier way would be to send people to the PV webpage with the person's referral link already built in.

I don't know if there is a system in place to do that but if it were possible I think members would spend some time each day clicking for a referral

Apart from that, then how about a way to pay for app traffic that shows the PV ad to others?

Is Click Grid net positive to Paidverts?

If so, is there an opportunity to PIF daily click grid chances.  I know I don't bother with it, but obviously other people like it.  Could this be positive for the business as a whole, if it gets played more and more ads are viewed?

I would think we'd need a lot (like thousands) of users like you to make it worth the programming time.  AKA more advertisers buy more spots.

Also, we'd need to make sure that we are giving our advertisers quality over quantity. Thus, we currently want close to 20 ads avl at once, so each member only views an ad once per day. I know they didn't buy with even a gurantee of 1 or any max either, but still I feel 1 view per user per day is probably what is expected on an avg buy at current prices.

RE NET Positive Question: As far as Reward vs Cost to the user it's about even, and that's b4 the jackpots or even medium rewards are factored in. I know that Andraz wants it a net positive, and it probably is, but I don't think it's bringing in much, and with sales the margin is even smaller. With how busy he is, I'm not sure if he has even tracked it for a guesstimate
 either. If it's had times where it's net negative, it would be small, but so would net positive. It's more currently an already built project that when/if time could be devoted to make it grow exponetially profit wise it's there, the negatives won't add up too much that it's worth tracking vs other projects.
