I am unable to receive my donation from my downlink lot of my friends tried my uplink unable to upgrade ,i already 3 more payments received my wallet without upgrade of my friends i returened ,

I'm your upline bitls

In my structure I cannot see your downlines. Also in your profile I cannot see refferals. Have you wrote to support@mymatrix.io about your problem? The system cannot find the transaction id if the transaction is not broadcasted through 2 nodes at least. If the 30 min timer on mymatrix is over and the transaction is not broadcasted it will show the error. The user should repeat the process until the transaction is shown on blockchain.info for example. If the transaction fee for the transaction is too small, the transaction can stay in memory pool for a long time. Anyway they should be shown at least as your refferals or downline. Thats why I think you should write to support. If the problem continues you can contact me, I will see what I can do about the problem. Also my email is bitls2002@yahoo.co.uk so you can write to my e-mail directly.

Hello to all.

I sent the 0.027 B to my upline, but when I go to upgrade the page show this message:

"Upline that should receive donation is currently not upgraded to required level. You can hurry him up using information from public profile"

The problem is that the profile is empty.

Other question:

I has sent the payment 30th june but today 5th july I haven't downline and, of course, I haven't received any payment yet. The upgrade is valid for 30 days, but in the worst of case, what hapen if this period expire and I don't received payment? I lose my position in matrix and my money?

I assumed your id at MyMatrix is Fady, and your account seems to be ok.
You are already level 1
Regardin the upgrade, you won´t lose your position, you will only have to upgrade again to level 1 in order to keep the position

How to we renew our membership?

There is no 'renew' button on the website.

Only to upgrade to the next level?

Also how can a member renew to a lower level if he/she wishes to do so...?

In order to "renew" your membership you need to upgrade again, which becomes available 5 days before your current upgrade expires.
You don´t need to "downgrade" if you don´t wish so, you just upgrade again at the level you desire and then let the higher upgrades expire.

In case you haven´t read the news topic, we will be reducing the prices for each level, the first level costing 0.005 now.

We know that first level upgrades of people who joined on the first day are expiring tomorrow, and the new prices for each level will be changed on Tuesday, so in order for members not to lose their positions we have extended all members upgrades by 5 days!

Sorry I got you confused, the 5 days extension is for all the upgrades that are currently on, this is because tomorrow the upgrades would start to expire and in order to keep the position you would have to upgrade again, so we extended them 5 days for nobody to lose their position while the changes are made.
The 5 months extension will be applied to everybody who didn´t break even on the level.
